Palace Residences Creek Blue is a 50-storey residential tower by Emaar Properties rising in the Bridge District, the second-phase quarter of the Dubai Creek Harbour masterplan on the Ras Al Khor waterfront. The tower extends Emaar's Palace hospitality brand into full-time residences, pairing serviced-living amenities with a site that looks across the creek toward Downtown Dubai and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Homes range from one- to three-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling glazing and deep balconies oriented to the water, above a podium given over to residents' amenities. The scheme sits within a district plot of more than 98,000 square metres and is planned around swimming pools and sundecks, fitness and wellness studios, landscaped courtyards, children's play areas and Palace-branded concierge service, with the creek promenade, retail and dining of the wider Dubai Creek Harbour community at its doorstep.
