About the project

Dubai Creek Tower is Emaar Properties' revived centerpiece for Dubai Creek Harbour, relaunching under an entirely new 'modern minaret' design that moves away from its original observation-tower concept and the outright pursuit of a world-height record. Envisioned by Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar as the icon anchoring the Dubai Square retail and residential district on the banks of Dubai Creek, the tower is advancing to a fresh global construction tender under its redesigned form, with its final height and floor count being re-established for the new era of the project.
