Pearl Fulton Market is a 32-story, 539,000-square-foot mixed-use residential tower at 370 North Morgan Street in the Fulton Market District of Chicago's West Loop, developed by VISTA Property with architecture by Antunovich Associates and construction by Skender. Its Mies van der Rohe-influenced exterior sets a taut steel-and-glass grid above a four-story podium holding roughly 190 parking spaces and more than 4,500 square feet of ground-level retail. The tower carries 494 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, including 99 affordable homes, and stacks its amenity program across a full-scale fitness center, co-working areas, a lounge, private event and dining rooms, and a golf simulator. The signature space is a 30th-floor pool deck with a yoga terrace, fire pits and outdoor grill kitchens, looking across the low-rise meatpacking blocks that turned Fulton Market into Chicago's most in-demand new neighborhood.
