About the project

PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens is a ground-up marina redevelopment at 2385 PGA Boulevard that topped out on June 4, 2026, with all three buildings reaching structural completion ahead of a December 2026 opening. The 471-slip facility is engineered as the only Category 5 hurricane-rated marina in Palm Beach County, certified to withstand wind speeds up to 180 miles per hour and recognized by most insurance providers as an accepted hurricane dockage location. The slip program splits into 451 fully enclosed dry storage slips — sized for vessels up to 60 feet in length overall and 22 feet in height — and 20 wet slips designed to accommodate vessels between 50 and 100 feet in length. Marina operations include transient dockage, haul-out services, launch facilities, and provisioning services, supported by advanced marine infrastructure including marina forklifts with a 75,000-pound lifting capacity and elevating operator cabs engineered for precision, visibility, and safety during vessel handling. Beyond the slips, the property delivers approximately 31,296 square feet of commercial space for marine services and boat sales, including climate-controlled marine offices, retail showroom space, heated and cooled service units, and additional storage and flexible-use spaces. The project is developed by PORT 32 Marinas, LLC under CEO Austin Schell and Regional Vice President Mike Vinson, and was constructed by Miller Construction Company under CEO Brian Sudduth and Project Manager Harley R. Miller, with more than 150 construction workers and project personnel contributing through the topping-out milestone.
