Regent Chengdu

Regent Chengdu brings IHG's upper-luxury Regent brand to the Sichuan capital, set atop D10 Wangjiang, New Hope Real Estate's twin-tower riverfront complex at 333 Shunjiang Road in Chengdu's Jinjiang District. The roughly 180-room hotel occupies levels 39 through 48 of one of the glass-clad towers, which rise more than 220 metres over the Jinjiang River opposite Sichuan University's Wangjiang campus and Wangjiang Tower Park, a short drive from Tianfu Square and the Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li shopping district. The hotel is planned around high-floor rooms with sweeping skyline and river views, signature restaurants, a Regent spa and refined event spaces, sharing the roughly 299,000 square metre complex with full-floor sky residences, grade-A offices, boutique retail and two private museums. D10 Wangjiang revives a long-stalled riverside site once earmarked for Versace and Armani branded towers, where New Hope is reusing the underground structure left behind by the original developer.
