Riverside Wharf

Riverside Wharf is a roughly $350 million, nine-story hospitality-and-entertainment complex rising along the Miami River in downtown Miami, developed by MV Real Estate Holdings, Driftwood Capital and Merrimac Ventures and designed by Jon Cardello of CUBE 3 Architects. Spread across more than 200,000 square feet, the waterfront destination pairs a 167-key Dream Miami hotel with a dense program of food, beverage and nightlife, including a 30,000-square-foot nightclub, a rooftop pool day club, a 12,000-square-foot event hall and multiple signature restaurants, all anchored by a deep-water yacht marina on the river. Conceived as a single riverfront entertainment landmark rather than a cluster of separate venues, Riverside Wharf reconnects downtown to its working waterfront and adds a marquee gathering place to the fast-growing Miami River district.
