Riverside Wharf is a hospitality and entertainment destination rising on the north bank of the Miami River in the Miami River District, immediately west of Downtown Miami and Brickell. Developed by MV Real Estate Holdings and Driftwood Capital in partnership with Merrimac Ventures, the roughly $350 million, nine-story complex spans more than 200,000 square feet across two waterfront buildings designed by Jon Cardello of CUBE 3 Architects, with Gensler as architect of record and ICRAVE leading interiors. Its centerpiece is a 167-key Dream Miami hotel set above a curated collection of food, beverage and nightlife venues, including a 30,000-square-foot nightclub, a rooftop pool day club, roughly 16,000 square feet of signature restaurants and a 12,000-square-foot event hall. A deep-water yacht marina with megayacht dockage and an extended public riverwalk promenade reconnect the site, formerly home to The Wharf Miami, to the working waterfront, with Moss Construction leading the build. Riverside Wharf anchors the Miami River District's transformation into one of Downtown Miami's most active waterfront leisure and nightlife corridors.
