It stacks a Rosewood hotel, condominium residences and premium office floors into a single 61-story shaft, connected directly to the elevated Salesforce Park by a pedestrian sky bridge. Hotel-serviced homes capture sweeping bay and city views above podium retail, with interiors by Joyce Wang Studio. At roughly 800 feet it ranks among the tallest towers in the city and delivers the first ground-up ultra-luxury hotel-and-residence hybrid in the new Transbay core.
