Shura Island

Foster + Partners' Coral Bloom masterplan arranges low-rise resorts in petal-like clusters around the island's coves, dunes and mangroves, keeping buildings light against the landscape and running the whole island on solar power. The plan gathers eleven resorts from brands including EDITION, InterContinental, SLS, Miraval, Four Seasons, Raffles, Fairmont, Grand Hyatt, Jumeirah, Faena and Rosewood, alongside the Shura Links championship golf course, branded residences and villas, and a marina village with a yacht club, dining and retail. The island is being delivered in phases, with resorts opening one after another.
