Official WebsiteSix Senses Lisbon is the wellness brand's first urban hotel in Portugal's capital, set across two restored heritage palaces in the city center beside the historic Elevador do Lavra funicular. The 17th-century Palácio Lavra and the Palácio de Pedrosas — the latter built in 1764 for an Italian merchant and later owned by the Portuguese postal service — are woven together into a single property of 114 guestrooms, blending exposed classic architecture and traditional Portuguese furniture with a contemporary, light-filled sensibility. Many suites feature fitted kitchens and outdoor terraces, while communal spaces include a rooftop terrace with city views and a private central garden of vine-covered glass atriums. In keeping with the brand's wellness-led ethos, the hotel centers on a roughly 1,000-square-meter Six Senses Spa with eight treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor wet areas, a fitness center, a dance studio, and a yoga pavilion, alongside a rooftop bar, library, boutique, Earth Lab, and several dining concepts. Steps from the Coliseu and Politeama theaters and a short walk from Avenida da Liberdade, it pairs urban energy with secluded calm.
