JNcQUOI House

JNcQUOI House is an intimate luxury townhouse hotel on Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon's most prestigious address, from the Amorim Luxury Group. Set within a late 19th-century neo-Moorish palace that for decades housed the Hotel Veneza, the House preserves the building's ornate historic envelope while layering in a contemporary sensibility shaped by Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen. A fire tore through the property in June 2024, weeks before its planned debut, and the rebuild that followed lifted Amorim Luxury's investment from roughly 10 million euros to 25 million. The restored House holds 16 Grand Suites, a mix of Kiosk Rooms, Avenue Rooms and a Mansard penthouse suite, each conceived as a private retreat with open-concept living areas and richly detailed finishes. Two restaurants, JNcQUOI Fish and JNcQUOI Table under chef Filipe Carvalho, sit alongside the Mirror Room bar and a boutique gym, and guests become members of the wider JNcQUOI community with access to the group's collection of restaurants and Fashion Clinic lifestyle destinations across Lisbon and Comporta. Steps from Chiado, Marques de Pombal and Eduardo VII Park, it sits at the heart of the city's luxury quarter.
