Square Hallandale

Square Hallandale is an $85 million, eight-story, 360,000-square-foot office-led mixed-use development planned for 400 West Hallandale Beach Boulevard by Four West Developers, a partnership between Alejandro Chaberman, Asher and Arie Abadi, and Jonathan Eisenband. The project centers on for-sale office suites — ranging from 250 to 1,770 square feet with condos starting at $199,000 — paired with 18,000 square feet of amenities and eight ground-floor retail spaces of 1,520 to 2,400 square feet. The concept brings residential-style and wellness amenities into the workplace, with conference rooms, a podcast studio, and a library alongside pickleball and padel courts, a social lounge, a fitness center, and a cold plunge pool, while the ground floor opens onto a civic plaza with seating areas and retail. Roughly 66 percent reserved at announcement, Square Hallandale is expected to begin construction at the end of 2027 with completion slated for the end of 2028.
