Stellar is Yas Island's first branded residential tower, a sinuous waterfront high-rise wrapped in continuous ribbon balconies that curve around every corner above a landscaped amenity podium and infinity pool. The 144 couture-inspired homes are dressed throughout in Elie Saab Maison interiors, co-designed with Carlo Colombo, translating the house's embroidery, drape, and gilded palette into rugs, lighting, and bespoke joinery. The line-up spans apartments, garden villas, and a five-bedroom duplex penthouse, with residents served by curated wellness, dining, and concierge amenities. It is the fashion house's debut branded-residence project in the emirate.
