Fahid Island

Fahid Island is a 2.7 million square metre master-planned coastal community by Aldar Properties in Abu Dhabi, set between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. The roughly AED 40 billion destination is planned for more than 6,000 homes spanning apartments, townhouses and ultra-luxury villas, alongside two hotels, an international school, a 10 kilometre landscaped park, a retail boulevard and a waterfront promenade, with around 30 percent of the island set aside for natural spaces, mangroves and beaches. Design contributors include Kengo Kuma & Associates, Koichi Takada Architects and ACME. The first releases, Fahid Beach Residences and The Beach House, were followed by the wellness-led Fahid Beach Terraces, and Shapoorji Pallonji Mid East holds the main construction package at Fahid Beach Residences.
