Summit Brickell is a planned 65-story residential tower in Miami's Brickell financial district, rising about 765 feet at 1015 SW 1st Avenue on a one-acre corner beside the Brickell Metromover Station and across from The Underline linear park. Developed by Lore Development Group, a venture of Leste Group and Brazil's Opportunity, and designed by Corwil Architects, the tower will hold 505 residences, including 25 workforce housing units, above a fully internalized 500-space garage and ground-floor retail. Amenity levels sit at the base and near the crown, and the developers have committed funding toward upgrades to the Brickell Metromover, Metrobus and Metrorail stations and nearby pedestrian crossings. Among the tallest towers planned for Brickell, Summit Brickell is built to capture sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the downtown skyline from one of the most walkable urban cores in the United States.
