The Henry

A boutique condominium rising 18 stories to 209 feet on Manhattan's Upper West Side, The Henry spans nearly 250 feet of frontage along West 84th Street from the corner of Broadway. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects — its first Naftali Group project where the firm shapes both exterior and interiors — with Hill West Architects as architect of record, the limestone-clad building holds 45 residences averaging roughly 3,370 square feet, ranging from three- to six-bedroom homes plus a collection of penthouses and townhouses. The design features setback terraces and balconies on the upper floors, ground-floor retail, and enclosed parking. Construction has topped out, with completion targeted for 2026.
