Developed by Related Group and Integra Investments, the tower holds 152 residences designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, whose limestone-detailed, classically proportioned massing is a deliberate counterpoint to Brickell's glass towers, with interiors and amenity spaces by Rockwell Group. Floor plans are unusually large for the market, running from roughly 2,600 to 10,000 interior square feet, with private elevator entries and deep terraces oriented to Biscayne Bay. Residents receive the St. Regis brand's signature butler service alongside a private club level, wellness and spa facilities, a bayfront pool deck, and curated dining and lounge spaces, making it one of the most closely watched luxury condominium projects on the Brickell waterfront.
