The55

The55 is a six-story, 140-unit residential and mixed-use development from Westland Development Group at 55 North La Cienega Boulevard in Beverly Hills, designed by Kevin Tsai Architecture on the former site of the Stinking Rose restaurant. The building pairs 140 apartments — set to make it the largest residential property in Beverly Hills by unit count — with roughly 13,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, a three-level underground garage, and rooftop amenities including a pool and fitness rooms. Delivered under California's AB 1287 density-bonus program, twenty-two homes are reserved for very-low- and moderate-income households.
