Positioned to become the largest residential building in Beverly Hills by unit count, it delivers 297,770 square feet of homes above 13,300 square feet of ground-floor retail, with a rooftop pool deck, theater, private workspaces, a restaurant and coffee shop, lounge, saunas, and a shared kitchen. Twenty-two residences are reserved for low- and moderate-income households under California's state density bonus program.
Westland Development Group closed an $85 million, four-year construction loan at roughly 65% loan-to-cost, arranged by Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation. The lender was not disclosed.
