Regency Development Group commissioned Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design for the building and Yodezeen for the interiors, producing four-bedroom homes across five levels. Each residence carries a private elevator serving every floor, ten-foot ceilings, a Molteni&C kitchen with Miele appliances, a climate-controlled two-car garage and a private rooftop terrace, with a landscaped garden at grade.
