Developed by Larkspur Capital and The Keystone Group, the district is planned to deliver about 880,000 square feet of Class AA office space, 238,000 square feet of retail, 1,785 residences and a luxury boutique hotel. The first phase pairs a 308-unit luxury residential building by Corgan with a 100,000-square-foot Class AA office building designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, planned as Fort Worth's first mass timber office, with ground-floor retail, two restaurant concepts, a private social club and a below-grade jazz club, all linked by shared underground parking. GGN is shaping the district's public spaces, and the project is supported by city performance grants and a tax increment financing district.
First retail tenants: Levee Porch, a riverfront restaurant and beer garden from the Chimy's team, pairs with a roughly 1,500 sq ft Tailwaters Fly Fishing Co. store on the West Fork of the Trinity as the district's recreational anchor (Fort Worth Report; CultureMap Fort Worth).
