Stockyards Resort at Main and 23rd

Stockyards Resort at Main and 23rd is a $160 million resort on more than three acres at the northeast corner of Main and 23rd Street in the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District, with over 1,000 feet of frontage along Marine Creek behind Mule Alley and Hotel Drover. Developed by Delightful Development Co. and Woodbine Development Corporation in partnership with the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County TIF #15, the roughly 200,000-square-foot project pairs two independently positioned luxury hotels totaling 225 rooms and suites above a shared subterranean garage of more than 350 spaces. The larger hotel draws on native and natural materials, textiles, found objects and refined art rooted in western Americana, while a smaller boutique property operates alongside it. Amenities run to about 18,000 square feet of meeting space anchored by a 7,500-square-foot ballroom and a 4,000-square-foot event barn and lawn, a pool with cabanas, a day spa, restaurants with outdoor dining and a rooftop bar, roughly 3,000 square feet of retail and about 30,000 square feet of greenspace with a creek crossing linking to Mule Alley.
