About the project

Maverick Golf & Ranch Club is Discovery Land Company's modern-luxury ranch community on the historic Veale Ranch at the western edge of Fort Worth, developed in partnership with PMB Capital Investments. Spread across 1,100 acres of rolling Texas farmland, the gated club is anchored by an 18-hole championship course designed by Tom Fazio and a nine-hole par-3 course, with roughly 500 custom homesites woven through the landscape. The amenity program reflects Discovery's signature approach — an organic farm and restaurant, a wellness barn, family pools and a splashpad, racquet courts, an adventure campground, and planned additions including a waterpark, spa, kids' club and sports training center.
