Cara is Rocco Forte Hotels' new restaurant brand, debuting at Hotel de la Ville above the Spanish Steps with food by Fulvio Pierangelini, interiors by Paolo Moschino, an open kitchen, a conservatory and a Roman courtyard. The group plans Cara Porto Cervo and Cara Napoli for 2027.
