A multi-level steak and seafood house of about 400 seats in the former Del Frisco's space on Pennsylvania Avenue, built around an oval bar under a custom chandelier, with a second-floor seafood display and a private-event rooftop. It is one of the largest new dining rooms planned downtown this year.
