Sommelier Elli Benchimol of Apero and La Boheme took over the former Marcel's space with a 170-seat Italian dining room and an adjoining cocktail bar, La Strega. The kitchen is run by Marcel's alums Jennifer Castaneda-Jones and Stephen Jones.
