An all-day brasserie from the FUGA group (Riviera Fuga, Laïa Monceau) in the Beaupassage complex, taking over the former Yannick Alléno izakaya space. Chef Fanny Herpin, formerly of Allard, runs a French classics menu in rooms designed by Jean-Philippe Demeyer, with a speakeasy bar opening November 7.
