Alain Ducasse is restoring Clichy's 1930s Maison du Peuple, the Jean Prouvé era landmark just outside the Paris ring road, into his group's headquarters with four manufactures, a bakery and two restaurants: a popular bouillon and a 12 seat table. The roughly 32 million euro project is due to open to the public in December 2026.
