The Pourcel brothers' 35th-floor Marunouchi Building restaurant reopens under the name of their Montpellier flagship, Le Jardin des Sens, after a full redesign by Christian Collot. It replaces Sens et Saveurs with Southern French cooking built on Japanese seasonal produce, looking over the Imperial Palace grounds.
