The historic Madeleine restaurant, with its listed Majorelle Art Nouveau woodwork, reopened under Lapérouse Holding (Benjamin Patou and Antoine Arnault) after its June 2026 purchase from Vranken-Pommery. Cyril Lignac now runs the kitchen with a classic French menu.
