The all-day restaurant of the Madame Rêve hotel in the former Poste du Louvre, relaunched this autumn with a menu by Tom Meyer of the two-star Chèvre d'Or in Èze. It replaces the hotel's Kitchen restaurant and adds a private lounge, the Boudoir, with a fireplace and terrace.
