The Japanese family behind Tsukizi, Shin Izakaya and Saku opened this 70 seat all-day trattoria on rue Dauphine, cooking Italian classics with Japanese details such as miso in the nduja and kombu dashi in the vongole. It runs from morning coffee to late dinner, seven days a week.
