The Torres twins, whose Hermanos Torres holds three Michelin stars, opened this 160-seat market bar with Pantea Group inside the Enric Miralles-designed Mercat de Santa Caterina. It serves bar classics and stews around a central counter, with an average ticket of about 35 euros.
