How we built this list
Every project on this page is on the Map of Tomorrow — our live database of new and under-construction developments worldwide. Project status, milestones, and spec changes are sourced from public filings, official announcements, or independent reporting and timestamped. Pro members get the TMW Forecast on every project and the full Qatar dataset by phase, neighborhood, and developer.
