Related Ross has just unveiled its next downtown West Palm Beach tower. Plans call for a 25-story, 194-residence project at 464 Fern Street, designed by Roger Ferris + Partners and rising roughly 316 feet over a corridor the developer already anchors with South Flagler House, Shorecrest, and 15 CityPlace.

Residences will run two to four bedrooms, joined by 4,343 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 486 parking spaces tucked into a multi-level podium, with mechanical systems stacking part of the count.

Amenities gather on the fifth floor: a lap pool, an outdoor bar, landscaped terraces, a fitness center, and a game room. Below, the ground level opens onto a garden plaza with public art fronting South Dixie Highway, wrapped around the residential lobby and drop-off.

It marks the second Roger Ferris + Partners tower Related Ross has brought to this stretch of the city, following Shorecrest, which is currently under construction down the street.
