1060 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway NW is a 15.5-acre Westside BeltLine redevelopment site in Atlanta's Bankhead neighborhood, bordering Maddox Park, the Westside Trail and MARTA's Bankhead station, near the Microsoft Westside campus site. The Allen Morris Company, with Tenth Street Ventures, assembled the parcels and secured rezoning for a transit-oriented mixed-use plan of up to 1,600 apartments with office and retail space, designed with Dwell Design Studio and including an affordable-housing set-aside. A proposed sale of the property to Atlanta Mission for a large homeless-services campus drew strong neighborhood and City Council opposition and was abandoned, and Allen Morris says it remains committed to Bankhead and is working with the city and Invest Atlanta on a program that fits the BeltLine location, with residents pushing for housing and neighborhood retail.
