1060 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway is a proposed large-scale mixed-use redevelopment on a 15.5-acre site in Atlanta's Bankhead neighborhood on the Westside, directly adjacent to the Atlanta Beltline's Westside Trail and near the Bankhead MARTA station and Maddox Park. Assembled by The Allen Morris Company — the Miami-based developer behind West Midtown's Star Metals District — the multiphase vision has called for up to 1,600 residential units, including a portion of affordable housing, alongside roughly 200,000 square feet of office and 100,000 square feet of retail, with the adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse reimagined as a Beltline-fronting town center. Designed by Dwell Design Studio, with earlier concept renderings by Royal Byckovas, the site is one of the last large, transit-adjacent redevelopment parcels remaining in the corridor. As of 2026, the project's future is uncertain: the withdrawal of Microsoft's planned 90-acre Westside campus nearby and a subsequent decision to pause the previously envisioned plan have cast doubt on the original scope, prompting community petitions and debate over the site's highest and best use.
