1428 Brickell — The Residences at 1428 Brickell — is a 70-story ultra-luxury condominium tower in the heart of Miami's Brickell financial district, developed by Ytech and designed by Milan-based ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel) with Arquitectonica as architect of record. Billed as the world's first solar-powered residential high-rise, the roughly 860-foot tower integrates a façade of about 500 photovoltaic 'energy glass' windows that harvest solar energy for the building. Its 195 two- to four-bedroom residences are paired with a sky-lobby amenity collection of resort-style pools, a spa and wellness center, private dining, and curated art, delivering design-forward luxury living steps from Brickell's dining, finance, and waterfront.
