London + Regional Properties is developing two eight-story buildings designed by BIZI ARQ, holding 600 apartments from studios to three-bedrooms alongside ground-floor retail, structured parking, resident amenities, landscaped open space and pedestrian improvements. A share of the apartments is set aside as workforce housing to satisfy Miami-Dade's SMART Corridor requirement, and the existing fifteen-story hotel stays in operation beside the new construction.
