Capella Residences Bangkok is a 262-unit, 45-floor branded-residence tower overlooking Lumphini Park at the corner of Sarasin and Langsuan Roads in Bangkok's Lumphini district. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, it is the residential centerpiece of WellEra, an approximately US$865 million wellness-integrated complex developed by Bangkok Dusit Medical Services with Capella Hotel Group as residential partner. The tower brings Thailand its first Capella Residences, set alongside the BDMS Wellness Clinic, an urban wellness retreat and curated lifestyle retail.
