The story so far

WellEra is an integrated wellness complex spanning more than 200,000 square metres on Sarasin Road in Bangkok's Lumphini district, adjacent to Lumphini Park, developed by Bangkok Dusit Medical Services and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, a 45-story tower with 262 residences and 168 hotel keys that broke ground in 2026, with full build-out in 2030.

Billed as Southeast Asia's first wellness complex, it bundles a BDMS preventive-healthcare clinic, Capella-branded residences, an urban wellness retreat hotel, and lifestyle retail. The development targets LEED Gold, Fitwel 3-Star and WELL Platinum certifications, with around-the-clock medical staff and a direct connection to Lumphini Park.
