Developed by the Narai Hospitality Group, its stacked, glowing forms are inspired by traditional Thai lanterns and house two hotels — Six Senses and a new Narai Hotel — with more than 300 rooms plus a wellness centre, ballroom, and conference facilities. At street level, 5,200 square metres of new public space introduce a green canopied plaza, elevated walkways, and a restored canal, built by contractor Thai Obayashi across roughly 86,000 square metres of floor area.
