About the project

Chapter SLC is a 252-unit, 696-bed Class A student-housing community in Salt Lake City's East Central neighborhood, replacing the former OfficeMax at 400 South and 900 East near the University of Utah. Developed by Cole West and CRG with architecture by Lamar Johnson Collaborative, it rises five residential stories over structured parking, with amenities including a fitness center with Pilates studio, a sauna, a ski simulator, a rooftop pool and hot tub, and library and study spaces.
