Domain Cos. and Cottonwood Group closed $102M financing (arranged by Walker & Dunlop) for the 10-story, 216-key Kimpton hotel component at 370 S. West Temple; SCB architect, Wadman GC, hotel completion slated Q1 2028. Keys 216 also, superseding the earlier 209 plan.
