Cullinan Harbour

Cullinan Harbour arcs across the former Kai Tak runway as a crescent of eight interconnected towers sheathed in a distinctive rippled, glassy facade overlooking the Kowloon Bay waterfront — SOM's first residential project in Hong Kong. The buildings curve around a central courtyard with a pool, garden and resident amenities, while a continuous two-storey lobby links a clubhouse, tenant lounge and retail at each end. Low-rise waterfront blocks step down toward the promenade to preserve privacy and open bayside living. Landscaped grounds and a pedestrian bridge connect residents directly to the elevated park spanning the old runway.
