West Kowloon Station Development

Built directly over the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Terminus, this development stitches transport, retail and workspace into a single fluid gesture beside the cultural district. Five lower levels of retail and dining give way to two pairs of interconnected towers at the north and south ends, with expansive column-free floor plates. At its heart, a central plaza and pavilion open onto landscaped green terraces, gardens and atriums linking through to West Kowloon Parkway and the harbourfront. The signature Zaha Hadid curved geometry turns an infrastructure hub into a landmark gateway between Kowloon and the cultural quarter.
