EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater is a planned 55-story, 185-residence branded condominium on a 3.5-acre bayfront parcel on North Bayshore Drive in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, conceived as the first of three towers Two Roads Development intends to build on the site of the aging Biscayne 21 condominium. The glass tower is designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors by Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge, bringing Marriott's design-led EDITION brand to Miami's residential market. Homes range from one-bedroom-plus-den layouts of roughly 1,950 square feet to four-bedroom residences approaching 3,900 square feet, with private elevator entry, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass and deep terraces facing Biscayne Bay, topped by three tri-level penthouses with private rooftop pools and gardens. The program also includes rentable guest suites for owners plus EDITION-standard wellness, lounge, pool and entertaining amenities along the Edgewater waterfront.
