Official WebsiteMuraba Veil is an extraordinarily slender residential supertall set along the Dubai Water Canal in Al Wasl, developed by Muraba and designed by the Catalan, Pritzker Prize-winning studio RCR Arquitectes with engineering by Arup and WSP. Measuring just over twenty metres wide yet soaring toward four hundred metres, the tower is conceived as a single ribbon of full-floor, full-width homes, each opening in two directions behind deep balconies and an outer veil of stainless-steel mesh that filters the desert sun. The design draws on the sequence and cool, communal heart of the traditional Arabian house, translating it into a vertical sanctuary of large exterior spaces and naturally moderated interiors. Its mirror-like skin and knife-thin profile make it one of the most singular silhouettes on the skyline, an architectural statement of restraint and craft rising beside the canal.
