NoLi

NoLi is a retail and lifestyle micro-district taking shape at the north end of Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, assembled by The Comras Company from a cluster of existing low-rise buildings. Touzet Studio leads the design with Beilinson Gomez Architects on preservation and adaptive reuse, stitching more than forty boutique storefronts together around Via NoLi, an eighteen-foot pedestrian arcade carved through the block. The scheme turns a service alley on North Lincoln Lane into a planted, shaded walking street with widened sidewalks, cafe seating and materials drawn from reclaimed Dade County pine and black and white terrazzo. Shade, scale and texture govern the palette, aimed squarely at smaller operators rather than big-box tenancy.
