NoLi (North Lincoln Road) is a 150,000-square-foot retail and lifestyle micro-district reimagining the north end of Miami Beach's iconic Lincoln Road. Developed by The Comras Company, the adaptive-reuse project knits together a cluster of existing low-rise buildings into a curated destination of more than 40 inline retail and dining spaces, anchored by 'Via NoLi' — an 18-foot pedestrian paseo cutting through the 700 block to reactivate North Lincoln Lane. Positioned at the gateway to one of the nation's most famous open-air shopping promenades, NoLi blends boutique retail, chef-driven dining and experiential public space into a walkable new chapter for Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.
