Park Court Azabujuban Tokyo is the residential heart of the Mita Koyamacho West redevelopment, a roughly 2.5-hectare urban renewal of low-rise blocks in Mita 1-chome, a short walk from Azabu-Juban Station in Tokyo's Minato ward. Led by Mitsui Fudosan Residential under its flagship Park Court label, the scheme pairs The Tower North, about 165 meters over 42 floors, with The Tower South at about 124 meters over 31 floors, alongside a 16-story residential building and an eight-story office block. Rather than the flat slabs typical of Tokyo high-rises, the towers take slender, rounded forms banded in horizontal balconies, set on a base-isolated structure. Around them, roughly 4,800 square meters of landscape plants more than 1,500 trees of over 100 species, threading forest paths and a new tree-lined road through the site. Of the 1,342 homes, from studios to four-bedroom residences above 200 square meters, about 760 are offered for sale, with resident amenities spanning a spa and sauna, meditation room, fitness studio, golf room, sound studio, party and guest suites, a restaurant, a grand lounge, and a sky lounge and rooftop terrace in the north tower with views toward Tokyo Tower.
