Designed by Melbourne studio Layan, the hotel pairs an intimate collection of 130 guestrooms and suites — including 27 suites — with Raffles' hallmark personalized service and signature butler program. Elevated high above the city, the property offers panoramic outlooks across Tokyo Bay, the Hamarikyu Gardens, and the skyline, anchored by a spread of dining venues, a spa and bathhouse, a fitness studio, and a pool.
