About the project

Sedge Valley is an 18-hole golf course at Sand Valley Resort in Nekoosa, Wisconsin, set among the rugged sand dunes of the state's central region. Designed by acclaimed architect Tom Doak and developed by Mike Keiser's Dream Golf, the par-68 layout plays just under 5,900 yards and draws its inspiration from the classic heathland and links courses around London and the English coast. The intimate routing weaves native groundcover and sandy waste areas into a strategic, walkable design that rewards shot-making over sheer length, making it a distinctive counterpoint to the resort's longer championship courses.
