Somerset is the opening residential release at Golden Sedayu's Burswood Point district, a pair of towers known as Somerset East and Somerset West set on the Swan River foreshore roughly 3.5 kilometres from Perth's CBD. The two buildings hold 203 apartments running from one-bedroom homes to four-bedroom residences and full-floor penthouses, with living spaces oriented to river and city views across the water. Residents share a substantial amenity podium built around a 20-metre infinity pool that cantilevers toward the river, with sun decks, submerged lounges and jacuzzis, private dining and lounge rooms, and wellness and fitness facilities. The towers sit directly on the district's new pedestrian retail boulevard and the 2.5-kilometre public foreshore, and are being built by Golden Sedayu Construction, the developer's own in-house construction arm established to deliver the wider precinct.
